The town guards have a complaint: their arrows now say "WHEEEEE" every time they get fired. This wouldn't be a big deal but when they're on the hunt collecting food for the town the arrows get very excited and start saying things like, "Pick me! Pick me!" when they spot an elk, scaring the prey away. It's annoying and the town is running out of food.
